We are taking the best of both worlds to create Pizzeria Faulisi. Freshly milled flour from Boulted Bread in Raleigh along with Caputo flour from Italy will be combined to make our unique dough. Local vegetables and grains will be used in our daily antipasti selections.  Simple foods from a simple way of cooking, a wood burning oven. All our pizzas are 12 inches in diameter, thin crust and are 100% wood fired. There will be char aka flavor. *We Do Not have Gluten Free Crust

 

We appreciate great wines. Our selections are always changing. We find something we enjoy, we add it to our list.

If you should ever want to reheat your pizza, it can be easily done under the broiler in your oven for just a couple minutes on a pizza stone or on an upside down baking sheet. You can even do it in a pan with a lid on the stovetop.
